Newly refurbished Country Cottage in a quite secluded countryside area of Tralee. Short drive to Tralee town centre where you have plenty of pubs, restaurants and shopping. Near Kerry airport, Dingle Peninsula, Killarney town, Wild Atlantic Way and the "Ring Of Kerry" route Only minutes from Ballyseede Castle and Ballygarry House hotels.. Minutes from MTU, FAS "Solas", Astellas and IDA technology Park 4 spacious bedrooms, large reception room, large kitchen/dining area, utility room, 3 bathrooms The space My house is very modern and is situated in a very secluded and private countryside area but yet extremely close to Tralee town and amenities There are loads of walking and hiking trials nearby and you are a short drive to many blue flag beaches (15 minutes). The house is perfectly located on the main routes in Kerry, like Killarney (20 minutes), Dingle Peninsula (40 minutes), Wild Atlantic Way and the Ring Of Kerry (15 minutes) My house is just a few minutes from Ballyseedy Castle Hotel, Ballygarry House Hotel and many more. Munster Technological University (MTU) is only a few minutes away as well as the FAS (Solas), ETB which is also nearby.. IDA Technology Park is very close as well as University Hospital Kerry. It is very close to 2 world famous golf courses, Tralee and Ballybunion, while Hogs Head and Adare Manor are within driving distance. Centrally located for all tourism and Golf attractions. Guest access Guests can access the entire house, guests can smoke on the patio area which is outdoors and has seating. Other things to note We always leave these essentials for breakfast, fresh bread, butter, tea, coffee & fresh milk. There's also a Nespresso coffe machine, and often spare pods available. We advise if you are coffee dependent like us that you stop in at Tesco, Supervalu or Dunnes Stores and buy some en route. Leaving a few for the next guests is a nice gesture also :)
