The house sleeps up to 6 people plus 1 on the sofa bed if required. Features include two bedrooms, one double with en suite and a second bedroom containing bunk beds. A separate bathroom can be found down the corridor. The living room has a nice television with digital channels, together with the comfortable sofa bed. The small kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel 4 ringed hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and little compartments on the top; complete with dishes, glasses and cutlery. The indoor has a table with benches to eat round although you will probably prefer to eat outside overlooking the nice green garden with a sea view; a stonework barbeque, an outdoor shower and air conditioning will ease the heat in the afternoons if required. A washing machine and a safe are also available and sheets and towels can be rented on request where necessary. The villa is located opposite “Serpentara’s Island”, a protected Marine Park, where you can join guided dives discovering the depths of the underwater park. You will also have the opportunity to rent a dinghy from the beach in order to visit the beautiful coastline, scattered with coves and inlets. A few minutes drive away from the village to the nearby Coast of Villasimius and Costa Rei you will be able to find a wide choice of entertainment such as: bars, pizza places, cinema, disco and markets.
