This small apartment is part of a contemporary wooden house completed at the end of 2017, built on wooded land. Located below the owners' main residence, the accommodation enjoys a lovely view of the pine forest and its small terrace is independent and private. The hosts designed it to accommodate their children and grandchildren. The space The bedroom is on the entrance landing and is equipped with a bunk bed (140 x 190 at the bottom, 90 x 190 at the top). Baby crib and high chair available. A staircase leads to the garden level living room (1 double sofa bed, 140 × 200 cm), which is equipped with a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, a microwave/oven, and an induction cooktop. Bathroom toilet. Small barbecue on wooden terrace, garden furniture. Pine forest and grassy area. Guest access Entire place. Option to park a car in the garage (not closed) and possibly bicycles in the boiler room. Other things to note Guests who have already stayed here will notice an increase in the base rate from €70 per night to €83. This will not affect the amount to be paid, since the website's service fee is now borne by the host only and no longer by the guest. Guests wishing to book for just one night will need to: Either bring their own bed linens (fitted sheet, sheets, pillowcase for 1 bed of 140 x 190, 1 bed of 90 x 190, 1 sofa bed of 140 x 200) and bath towels, Or pay an additional €15 for the whole set.
