The village of Roquefort les Pins is 5 minutes away (by car) you will find restaurants, supermarket, various shops. Nearby tennis, golf, equestrian center, tree climbing, urban football, swimming pool, canyoning, hiking. The sea is 30 minutes away by car. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. in a residential area. bus stop 5 min to Nice and airport. Some outdoor furniture will no longer be accessible from mid-October until mid-April and during rainy periods. Guest access 🧭 Access to the house – Important information 🚗 From the highway Your GPS will probably tell you to take exit 42 Mougins/Grasse. 👉 We strongly advise you to take exit 47 Villeneuve-Loubet, which is faster and easier. ⸻ 📍 Recommended route 1. After exit 47 Villeneuve-Loubet, head towards: Villeneuve-Loubet village 2. Then follow the directions: Roquefort-les-Pins ⸻ 🏘 Arrival in Roquefort-les-Pins • Continue straight on until the last roundabout, opposite the Intermarché supermarket. • At this roundabout, take the first right towards Notre-Dame. • Continue for about 1.5 km. ⸻ 🚦 Important point (not to be missed) • You arrive at a red light. • ⚠️ Just BEFORE the light, on your left, is a small path: 👉 Chemin du Château (be careful, it is before the light). ⸻ 🅿️ Access to the cul-de-sac • Enter this small path by turning slightly to the left. • You will arrive at a small parking lot. • Impasse des Violettes is located in this parking lot, on the left, right next to the red fire hydrant. ⸻ 🏡 The house • In Impasse des Violettes, the house is located: 👉 just after the first turn, on your left • House with grey shutters (see photo) ⸻ 📌 Address to enter in the GPS 146 Impasse des Violets 06330 Roquefort-les-Pins, France Other things to note In July and August, the house is rented for a minimum of one week. However, an exceptional request may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability. For one-night bookings, linens and towels will not be provided. A cleaning fee: €35 Dishes need to be done and put away upon departure. Some garden furniture will not be accessible from mid-October to mid-April. For stays longer than 15 days from October to April, electricity charges are at the expense of the tenants (Electricity heating).
