Southwick by the sea , parking & own front door.

We are situated in a lovely area 3minutes from the train station it’s about 5 stops into Brighton and takes about 12 minutes . We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee. The space Comfy double bed , there is a single bed in the annex which is disguised as a chest of drawers it’s on wheels so could be set up in the front area in the annex for privacy , it is an extra £50 per night for the extra guest . We have a microwave oven, a small compact table top fridge and a washing machine. We control the heating from the main house. Guest access There’s a very tiny patio with a table and two chairs . No access to main garden as we have a nervous dog. Other things to note We would like the garden to remain ours as our dog is nervous of strangers.
