New apartment (2017) situated in a tranquil street in the heart of Cadiz. 200 metres from Cathedral, central market and waterfront; less than 10 minutes from Caleta beach. The apartment has a large private terrace with spectacular views of the cathedral and city and is equipped with all amenities (air conditioning, lift, fibre-optic wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc) The space Comfortable lounge area with fully fitted integrated kitchen. Two double bedrooms both with wardrobes and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a single bed with an additional bed built-in below. It can be used as a single bed, two single beds or one double bed - as required. In addition there is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. All living areas are equipped with air conditioning and heating units PLEASE NOTE: Children must not be left unaccompanied on the terrace. Guest access Access is from Calle Arbolí. The apartment is one of seven recently established in a tastefully restored traditional Cádiz property. Our penthouse / atico apartment, located on the 3rd floor, is accessed via the lift (or stairs from) the patio. Guests have use of the communal terrace for drying laundry etc as well as the apartment's own private terrace (only accessible from within our apartment). We will arrange for our local host to greet you at the property ( as soon as you can confirm your arrival time) , introduce you to the apartment and its facilities and of course answer any questions you might have so that you have the best possible time in Cádiz and in Arbolí Atico.
