Cosy self contained annex near Fistral & harbour

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle you will enjoy a tranquil stay in our cosy self contained annex, whilst only being a stone's throw from Fistral beach, the harbour and Towan beaches, as well as the boutique shops, surf hire, eateries and coffee shops of Fore Street. We are 2 mins walk from Newquay Activity Centre if booked in for any of their courses. Everything you could possibly want and more from a stay in Newquay is right on the doorstep. The space The annex has a comfortable double ottoman bed, with ample storage underneath for belongings. Bed linen and towels are provided. Large bi-fold doors open out onto a small patio area. The birch ply kitchen has plenty of space to prepare food, with double hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and full size under counter fridge. Tea and coffee are provided. Please note there is no oven, but with so many restaurants and takeaways in quick walking distance you are literally spoilt for choice locally. The annex comes with a portable barrel barbeque for those evenings eating alfresco whilst watching the sunset on the beach! There is a small compact fully equipped bathroom with a full size shower, space saving toilet and sink. Please note it is a small space as depicted in the photo. Outside there is an undercover store to keep surfboards, wetsuits and rinse off sand when you come back from the beach. Guest access We have 2 Airbnb studios next door to each other. Each studio is self contained and has its own private entrance into each unit directly from the adjacent lane. No parking on site however plenty of street parking nearby and car parks within minutes of the annex. Other things to note We have a minimum 3 night stay requirement in high season however if that doesn't work for you please do send us a message and we will see if we can accommodate. I don’t charge a cleaning fee, and request that guests leave the annex clean and tidy. This helps keep the cost down for the guests. This is a quiet area so please respect our neighbours as you come and go. Only guests who are booked into the annex are allowed in the accommodation
