Stylish & Beautiful 1 bed in Primrose Hill/Camden

A spacious flat close to Camden Town and Primrose Hill. Beautifully decorated with object d'arts from around the world. Newly built block with a porter. Short walk to the Camden Lock Market and Camden Town station. The space A calm and relaxing space, my home is my sanctuary from the outside world. London is amazing but sometimes one feels the need to retreat into a beautiful and cosy space. The flat is super spacious and has loads of lovely items collected from around the world. Due to the nature of the decor, I would prefer mature guests in the flat. I love kids but perhaps parents with little kids will not feel relaxed in the apartment as they might be worried that something will break. The best thing about the flat is the location and the bright aspect. The flat has a balcony running through one side so the flat is very bright during the day. You can walk to Camden Town station in 7 minutes or less. There is a supermarket 2 mins away and the famous Camden Lock market is close by. Despite this the flat itself is located on a quiet lane :) its the perfect combination. The flat is located inside a modern block with a porter. There is an elevator in the building and the flat is on the 3rd floor. The block is newly built so everything in the flat is shiny new and in perfect working condition. The door opens into a wide passage which leads you to the living room. The kitchen is open plan with an electric cooking range and well stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal. The flat is 2 bedroom but I am only making the guest bedroom available to the guests for now. Therefore the listing is only for 2 people. It works well as a one bedroom. The bedroom has a hotel style superking bed that can be unzipped into two single beds. Please request singles if you want them before your arrival. Both beds come with clean and ironed pure cotton sheets. Fluffy white towels are also provided. I have kept tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom for guest use. Guest access I live in this apartment so the apartment has a lived in feel. I am making my guest bedroom available only. The master bedroom will be out of bounds for the guests. Other things to note There are a few things that I would like my guests to note: - the flat is not appropriate for families with little children as there are a few fragile items in the flat. - the check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. - only 1 key can be provided as I don't have any spares. - check in after 11 pm will be charged at £40 extra.
