The room is located in an ancient farmhouse, inside the Fattoria Lavacchio, an organic farm. All rooms have been renovated in authentic Tuscan style with terracotta floors, exposed beams and white walls. They are cleaned and tidied up daily to make you feel comfortable like at home. It is equipped with private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels, mini bar with drinks, safe, plasma TV, telephone, free wi-fi and linen. The space Fattoria Lavacchio is a typical 16th-century Tuscan organic farm, located between the villages of Sieci and Pontassieve, on the top of Montefiesole Hill (450 m / 1,480 ft), just 18 km from Florence. The farm is surrounded by rolling hills dotted with olive groves, vineyards, and cypress trees, perfectly preserved, where ancient rural traditions blend with modern touches. The farm buildings have been carefully restored to respect traditional Tuscan style, ensuring guests an unforgettable and comfortable stay. The agriturismo offers a variety of accommodations: rooms and suites with private bathrooms, fully equipped independent apartments, or a detached villa with private garden and pool. Guests can enjoy authentic Tuscan cuisine daily at our Bottega del Mulino. The agriturismo is located 7 km from nearby towns and train stations. For those not traveling by car, a paid shuttle service on request is available to and from Tuscan cities and the town of Pontassieve. Guest access The outside garden is shared, there are chairs, tables, deckchairs and beds to relax. It is accessed by a door on the ground floor. The swimming pool and snack bar in the main house are open from the 1st of May to the end of September. The sitting room with fireplace and the play room on the ground floor of the main building are common areas for all the guests.
