Quiet studio 500 m from the beaches

For athletes, Guidel is known for its surf spots, the beach is 500 m away and the Ploemeur golf course is 6 km away. The village and its shops are 3 km away. The studio is from 2016, the kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is comfortable (width 1m60) and the neighborhood is very quiet. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. I accept animals of any size as long as they are well behaved! The space The studio is from 2016, the kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided. The living room area turns into a sleeping area thanks to a built-in bed (see pictures). The bed is comfortable (width 1m60), the neighborhood is very quiet and there is a path from the studio that takes you to the beach and restaurants on foot in 10 min. For sunny days, you have at your disposal 2 sun loungers in a shaded corner of the garden, as well as a small barbecue. I accept pets of any size as long as they are well behaved! Guest access The studio is adjacent to my mother's house. It is independent of the house, so once she has given you the keys, you will have all the peace and quiet you need for your stay. A parking space is available right in front of the studio. Other things to note The studio is small but functional, especially thanks to its retractable bed. All linens are provided.
