On the ground floor: 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room overlooking the terrace and the garden, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom Upstairs: 1 landing serving 2 bedrooms with storage (1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed). The space Nice little renovated vacation home located in the heart of the Hameau du Bois, quiet and family environment, you will also appreciate it for its comfort. Ideally designed to accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of: - 1 living/dining area with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi. - 1 open kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, glass-ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery. - 1 separate toilet - 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink with storage cupboard, electric towel dryer, washing machine, hairdryer, laundry tripod. Upstairs: The landing with shoe cupboard and coat rack serves the 2 bedrooms of the house. - 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) - 1 bedroom with 3 single beds including 1 bunk bed. Pillows and duvets provided. Bed linen and towels are not included but offered for rent if necessary, please ask us when you book. Price for the stay and per bed: - Double bed linen + 2 shower towels: €25 - Single bed linen + 1 shower towel: €15 Baby cot with mattress and mattress protector available upon request (bed linen to be provided) The house also has a flower garden, terrace and back garden with direct access to the kitchen. Outdoor water point on the side of the house. Available: 2 booster seats for chairs (baby/children), child bed barrier, staircase safety barrier to secure the top landing, barbecue with its utensils, garden table with chairs and umbrella, 2 deckchairs for the garden, small beach umbrella, leisure games (card games for young and old, outdoor games: beach racket, beach games, molky, children's petanque, etc.) No private parking, but possibility to park nearby, on the street, right in front of the condominium. We provide cleaning products, cleaning to be done before departure. We also offer, as an option, for rent, household linen (bath sheets and bed linen: €15/single bed and €25 for the double bed) as well as a cleaning package (€70).
