Very quiet environment, in the countryside, not overlooked, with shaded and private parking, and yet close to Bourg Saint Andéol city center and ViaRhôna (1.5 km). The space Interior: Single-story studio with spaces: Meals, Rest, Relaxation, Office. Separate shower room. Capacity: 2 people (no possibility to accommodate additional guests) TV, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, table top fridge-freezer, washing machine, Wi-Fi. Cleaning products provided, but no bed linen or towels, exceptionally this season, and this is due to the health crisis. The studio must be returned in the same clean condition as on arrival. Exteriors: Wooden terrace with dining table, umbrella, private shaded parking. Unobstructed view of olive trees and countryside, not overlooked, land available. Possibility of monthly rental, except June, July and August. PLEASE NOTE: In the case of a monthly rental, water and electricity consumption will be the responsibility of the guest.
