House above the sea

A spacious 3-storey house of 140 sq.m with a balcony overlooking the sea of 20 sq.m with everything you need for a comfortable stay: wi-fi, split systems, household appliances, fireplace, sauna, parking (closed terrace in front of the house) The space 1st floor: Large hall, shower, toilet, ironing/drying facilities, balcony for sunbathing and with stairs to the sea. On the balcony there are 2 sofas and a table, a brazier over the sea with barbecue facilities. In winter, we provide a sauna. 2nd floor: Large dining room with all household appliances (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine, 5-burner modern stove, dishes). A lounge with a large book library and comfortable armchairs. Large living room with fireplace, upholstered furniture and TV. A winter garden with flowers and a sofa for relaxation overlooking the sea. An open small balcony for morning or evening tea, admiring seagulls, sunrises or sunsets at sea. 3rd floor: 2 separate large bedrooms with split systems and TV, separated by a large hall. Nice cork floor. As a compliment at check-in, we treat you to our own homemade fish. Guest access There are 8 sleeping places in the house. Clean drinking water is provided for the entire stay. As well as clean linen and towels. There is a closed terrace for parking in front of the house. Taganrog is famous for its delicious fish, for those who like to fish we provide everything for fishing. Other things to note Safe swimming, depth under the balcony 1m, (+-30cm depending on the direction of the wind) bottom - soft sand like in the ocean. No strong currents, moderate waves even with strong winds. Ideal for family holidays with children, safe depth at a distance of up to 300 m from the shore. For those who enjoy swimming at dawn far out to sea, it is safe and pleasant, this is a beautiful place. Nearby, (100 m), from the house there is a sandy beach, great for morning or evening barefoot walks. Further along the shore you can go to Eliseevsky beach, Lazurny water park, Admiral sports complex (indoor pool and gyms), Greenwich Park Thermal Complex, city promenade and the famous Stone Staircase, see the old sundial. Enjoy delicious cuisine at the Albatross cafe on the seashore and go on sightseeing water excursions. Or go further and climb up the interesting steep stairs to Petrovsky Park and see the port of Taganrog from a bird's eye view. Near the central park named after Gorky. Everything is within a walking distance. The Sea of Azov is soft, shallow and clean, without floating bags, cans and other debris. The waters of the Taganrog Bay heal the skin, do not dry it, women forget about creams. Air saturated with iodine has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system and nervous system. Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 12pm. The minimum stay is 3 DAYS. For stays of MORE THAN 10 days - a nice discount, as well as a boat trip with a view of the city from the sea. We will show you the famous huge Taganrog market with an abundance of products, vegetables and fruits, as well as a flea market.
