Fairytale-like large barn, private entrance.

The large space is cozy and comfortable, a lot of attention is paid to the special interior. Ideal for family or group stay. Plenty of space for conviviality, or to find your own quiet spot. The pony can go for a walk, and on request, a ride can be made on the big horse. In the group room, there is a bedroom (2 people), sleeping loft (2), six single beds. In the super cozy gypsy wagon (2 people), your pet is allowed, can be booked on request. The space The space is special, we often hear that it is nicer than in the photos. That's a big compliment, because a lot of attention is paid to the design every time, which is also regularly changed. The former theater reminds some guests of a comfortable oriental harem tent in which they can dream away, and the bathroom of an aquarium. An experience in itself, which encourages you to give your creativity free rein. Musical instruments are also part of the furnishings; adapted to age. Our big drum can be played by everyone, But the singing bowls or fragile instruments are brought to safety when young children come to stay. Young and old can do all sorts of different things; there is a cupboard with games, drawing- and dress-up things, but there is also the large table in the kitchen and a nice outdoor place to sit in the sun. The group room and kitchen can be separated from each other by curtains. Outside the separate pipo wagon, private sleeping places are made in the group room by curtains. On the loft you are also "out of sight". Bed linen/towels up to 4 incl. above €5 pp. The place is very quiet, at most you can hear the birds on the roof, and sometimes the ponies whinny. The farm life is not far away, but without noise disturbance so you sleep like a baby! In the summer, there is plenty of space outside on a private meadow with garden table to eat or play in the sun, campfire is possible in consultation. An ideal place as a base for holidays, the river where you can swim is within walking distance, and there are beautiful old towns nearby. But also to give (multiple day-) workshops because the space can be adjusted if desired. (Note: the workshop rates are in consultation). What we consider important is that our guests come for peace and quiet and adhere to the house rules, and that they do not cause any noise nuisance outside after 10 p.m. This is no party location! Guest access The guests have their own rooms and their own private space outside. They are free to look around the grounds, to pick apples, blackberries, or pears in the summer, to pet the animals, to collect eggs. The horses are not always at home, so please discuss doing something with the horses in advance. For your own pet, a separate fenced place has been made, next to your private space. Do not let your own animals loose on the grounds, to prevent accidents with our animals. We expect you to take good care of your own pet, and especially to manage dogs well because of our loose animals on our part of the grounds. Never leave your own dog alone without consultation, and only allowed in consultation. Other things to note This area is very quiet in the evenings and at night. We expect our guests to respect the house rules and not make any noise that is audible outside in the evening after 10 p.m. Music indoors is fine if you do not hear it outside, and preferably no radio outside. If you make a campfire in the summer evening and stay outside, that is fine, but also keep the neighbors in mind after 10 p.m. so that it always stays quiet. This place is therefore definitely not suitable for noisy partygoers! (and in case of parties without consultation, we will intervene.) Wood for fire is available for sale from us. The rent is excluding energy consumption. The barn has its own meter, consumption is settled on departure. Tourist tax is also excluded from the rent. The cozy gypsy wagon for 2 can be reserved with the host, also under 10 people. For groups over 10 people, a surcharge of €30 applies for an extra bedroom, because no more than 10 people are allowed in the group room. N.B. Ask especially about our specials if you have something to celebrate! There are many workshops for adults possible, also breakfast/high tea on request. Children's parties are organized by us with love.
