Villa Delfin / APP1 with infinity pool / sea view

WELCOME TO YOUR HOME BY THE SEA! We are Sebastian and Sani and together we run our wonderful Villa Delfin. For generations, this wonderful place has been family-owned and we love this wonderful piece of land right by the sea. We take care of our Villa Delfin and our summer guests with all our passion. It is a great gift for us to be able to experience again and again how much our guests feel comfortable, enjoy themselves and relax here. The space We are located in Supetarska Draga (396) on the beautiful island of Rab. Located below the main road, we are situated in a small fine and very quiet section of our village. Within our Villa Delfin we currently offer 4 guest apartments. APP1, APP2, YELLOW, BLUE and PINK. All our apartments are equipped with 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a living room for 3 to maximum 4 people. All apartments overlook the sea! And are air-conditioned! Our infinity pool is filled with seawater. We also provide parking for all our guests directly at the house! Boaters and dogs are welcome here! Learn more below! The APP1 on the first floor was newly renovated in 2019. In addition to the bathroom with shower, we have installed another toilet for you! On approx. 60 m², it is perfect for four people to vacation! The terrace invites you to have breakfast with wonderful views of the garden and the sea, as well as to linger. From the terrace you have direct access to the garden, the pool, our spacious terrace by the sea and our own beach. In our spacious garden you will find olive trees in the Mediterranean style and a wonderful fig tree that gives us a wealth of figs in August and September. From the garden to the left is our seawater infinity pool overlooking the sea! On the right you will find our sea terrace. In between, a staircase leads to our private beach with jetty. Our beach is accessible exclusively to our guests. In the front beach area, small children can easily enter the shallow water via a small concrete staircase. At the end of the jetty, access to deeper water is possible via a ladder. On the beach you will find our "sea garage," which, also generously designed, offers you space for your sea equipment (SUPs, swim tires, air mattresses...). On the side of the house is a fireplace grill and all our guests are cordially invited to use it by appointment and to spend a wonderful barbecue evening with us. Other apartments in our Villa Delfin: APP2 on the first floor like APP1. YELLOW on the 2nd floor has a balcony with sea view. Apartment PINK on the 2nd floor is our charming apartment at the top. Equipped with large windows, it is wonderfully bright and offers the most beautiful sea view you can imagine. With an additional sea view, side from the front bedroom, spectacular sunsets are guaranteed! (PINK does not have a terrace or balcony!) Up to 4 motorboats can moor at our jetty. (Please note that we charge for the docking of your boats per day!) Dogs are welcome guests here! (Please note that we charge dogs a daily rate and an extra pet final cleaning!) (We kindly ask you, out of consideration for subsequent guests, not to take your dog family member into bed and please also not to let it on the sofas! Please bring dog basket and/or your dog blankets! ) Hereby the request for personal inquiry regarding boat and dog. For all those who want a restaurant right next door after a long journey (or just want to leave the car behind!). Our neighbor Bili As offers a beautiful terrace, wonderful sunsets and very good Mediterranean cuisine. Since we ourselves come from a gastro-household and therefore very much like to eat well and also fine, we are very happy to recommend our top favorite restaurants! Of course, we are also happy to recommend boat rentals, private boat tours, sights and excursions. The town of Rab is about 15 to 20 minutes away by car. Our neighboring village of Lopar in less than 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket on the way to Lopar is approx. 5/6 minutes by car from us. Within our village of Supetarska Draga, a small supermarket and a bakery can also be found on the main road within a 10-15 minute walk. Guest access APP1 on the ground floor, left.
