The space Detached house, completely independent, located on a 10,000 square metres property in a quiet hillside area not far from Lucca. You can enjoy a breathtaking view both from the house and from the pool which is only for the guests' exclusive use. The pool is open from May to September. The position is excellent for relaxing , walking and horse riding ( horses are available at the nearby riding school). For art lovers, it is possible to easily reach the cities of Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, Volterra and S.Gimignano on a one-day trip. It is also worthwhile to visit Versilia; it is not far and you can relax on the unique beaches. For your children, you can't miss a day at Collodi, Pinocchio's hometown. Here is the famous "Butterfly House", with its countless varieties of colourful flying butterflies. At about 800 metres from the property you can find two restaurants where you can taste typical dishes of the Tuscan cuisine. For do-it-yourself lovers, the house kitchen is well equipped and it is also possible to have barbecues or try the old pizza oven near the house. The owners Claudio and Maria Grazia, who live opposit the holiday house will welcome you and will be glad to give you advice about the places worth visiting in the area and about the oppotunities that you can exploit all the year round (festivities, village fairs, special occasions). As for the language, do not worry! Maria Grazia speaks English fluently and manages with some French. Other facilities are a satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection on the area and air conditioning. Do not even worry for your beloved pets! They are welcome! Guest access Our guests have their own driveway to access the property, esclusive use of the garden and of the pool area. For compete privacy, they have a terrace at the back of the house. Other things to note Property completely renovated in 2023 with the addition of a bathroom on the ground floor and air conditioning. Energy is provided by photovoltaic panels located on the property. Upon request it is also possible to recharge electric vehicles via the property's charging station.
