Cottage, with Inglenook and Waterside+Moor Views

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place. The space The cottage has been renovated throughout with a new kitchen and bathroom. The lounge is full of character with original flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace. The spiral staircase takes you up to the spacious bedroom which has the option of sleeping 2 adults (double or twin) plus 1 further guest bed. At the front of the cottage is a small garden with a seating area plus your own parking space. Other things to note There are 8 electric charging points at the top of St John’s Road. 2 mins away in the car. There are no shops in Turnchapel but there is a convenience Premier store which is 10/15 minute walk along the water. Plus a bakery. Directions are, walk out the shared driveway, turn right, pass the small car park and through the large iron gates. (Ignore the old military sign saying no access. ) Pass Turnchapel Wharf on your left , pass a lovely cafe called The Guardsman, and keep walking by the water. Cross the main road and The Premier convenience store is next to the Chinese takeaway. There is also an Indian takeaway too. As you come out of the driveway and turn left there are 2 pubs , The Boringdon Arms and The Clovelly. Please remember to book a table in advance if you want to eat. They are 1 minute walk and 4 minute walk away. There is also The Bridge restaurant with lovely views. This is 15 minute walk.
