The space THE HOUSE: 8 bedrooms 4 bathrooms 5 of them have desks 2 of them have separate room desks 3 living rooms 2 dining rooms Kitchen, living room with TV and 3 of the bedrooms have air conditioners. THE ROOM: The bed's size is of 1.5. This room has air conditioning. THE PEOPLE: As we (the children) grew up we went abroad for studies and some of us stayed there for work. My parents and uncle are leaving in the house at the moment and they are happy to meet new people and help them out with their stay in Cyprus. :) My mother knows a lot about Cyprus and she likes going to various events in the city! My parents will help you go to the most important places in Cyprus as well as cultural events. COMMON ROOMS: Guests can access all common places like both living rooms and the common bathrooms(3). Ask my parents if you want us to drop you off anywhere (with an extra cost). We are flexible enough. You can go to other cities using buses. They are very cheap: start at €8 one way. NEIGHBORHOOD: Parks, restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, 24/7 bakeries, mini-shops on walking distance (10 min walk). Quiet, safe neighborhood. 0.2 km away from Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets 1 km away from UNIVERSITY of CYPRUS 1 km away from the pool 5.5 km away from the center (15 mins with car) 30 mins away from the beach (car) You can travel with just €1-€1.5. There is a schedule online for the buses of Nicosia. The nearest bus stop is 0.4 km. We have cats coming but always outside, in the garden. No pets allowed in the house as well as no smoking.
