Our Georgian flat in superb New Town location. Fully refurbished with space for 4 people to enjoy the magic of Edinburgh. Easy access from airport train & bus stations. A quiet retreat with great cafes, pubs, restaurants & attractions close by. Cosy and comfortable with art and prints to enjoy. The space One of 3 apartments in a converted Georgian house with its own main door. Located on the first floor the flat has been fully refurbished and upgraded throughout with a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, central heating system and fast Wi-Fi. There are 2 generous public rooms as well as 2 bedrooms (with King and double beds) and a spacious shower. The flat is B listed, part of the New Town World Heritage site and has original Georgian sash and case windows and working shutters which are used instead of curtains. The flat is set up with comfybeds and mattresses -1 king size and 1 standard double - and can easily accommodate 2 couples.. It is not suitable for younger children or anyone with mobility problems because of the stair access. The combi boiler provides on demand hot water at all times and central heating which has a Nest controller which guests can manage with automatic and manual settings. The sitting room has a wooden parquet floor and an original Georgian mantelpiece. The Bedrooms and Hall are carpeted. Guest access Guests have sole access to this lovely flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Steam iron and board and powerbars which also provide USB charging. Guests are welcome to use the tea coffee and other essentials. Hi Speed Wi-fi is provided throughout the flat. There are 2 TVs, a Blu- ray player, a Digibox (PVR) giving online access to APPS and a small selection of DVDs as well as information on restaurants and attractions. All bedding and towels are provided. Other things to note NO PARKING - due to the fantastic central location, parking nearby is not really an option. We would suggest looking at options on the 'JustPark' website, A Hair drier, Bluetooth speaker, a Nespresso machine, a DAB radio with alarm and a selection of books are also provided.
