Minutes away from Harwell Campus, with easy access to the A34 for Milton Business Park,Oxford and Reading.The apartment offers a 'home from home' experience for the business or leisure traveller. Fully equipped kitchen,2 bedrooms a large lounge and shower room. Short and longer term enquiries welcome The space CORONAVIRUS UPDATE- the apartment is well ventilated after each guest and after cleaning, high touch surfaces are sanitised with a virucidal agent. Decorative throws and cushions are removed or washed between guests. Sofa cushions are washed between guests or removed. All towels are washed at a minimum 60 degrees and bedding is professionally laundered on a boil wash. This serviced apartment has its own front door on the ground floor with a hallway and stairs leading to the rest of the apartment. A fully fitted kitchen/diner complete with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Superfast unlimited broadband included, as well as 50" Flatscreen SMART ULTRA HD TV with freeview and catch up tv apps. There are two bedrooms which can be set up as doubles or twins. There is also a good quality deeper mattress sofabed in the lounge and good quality chair bed on the landing if required (extra charges may apply). The latter photos show different bed layouts available as the master bedroom can fit 3 beds. Towels and bed linen are provided. Please inform me which bed configuration is required. Sofa/chair beds incur extra charges as do pets. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment and two parking spaces. One named and one visitor space.
