Situated in a mature neighborhood just over a mile to Main Street enjoy the comforts of our spacious home with the convince of being just a short drive or Uber ride to Main Street. Sleeping 12, our home offers the space for your large group to enjoy your time in Fredericksburg. With an open living, split floor plan, the primary bedroom has 2 Queen beds, front bedroom has a King bed & the back bedroom has 2 twins. The “office” located at the entry of the home has a day bed & trundle bed with tv! The space Although the home has a garage, it is not accessible to guests. Our home would be great for bachelorette parties, family friendly with a spacious backyard or couples traveling together. The primary bedroom has 2 queen beds and a en-suite bathroom. The other side of the home has 2 bedrooms, one with a king and another with twins. The front of the home has an office with a curtain divider that has a daybed with trundle. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa and is available for bookings with 11 or 12 guests. Our kitchen is fully stocked and we have a gas grill also available! Other things to note We have Ruku TV with wifi, you can log into any of your streaming services to use during your stay.
