Romantic 17th century English countryside house, near the medieval town of Rye and the coast. Located in the glorious Sussex Weald and 1066 country, with many National Trust gardens and castles. One or multiple private rooms available, as well as a private bathroom. The space Warm, archetypal English home. Ceilings are therefore quite low, but that is part of the charm! Free to use the kitchen and living room if so desired. Light continental breakfast included to help you on your way! Guest access Great hiking trails accessible from the house, as well as glorious views over the surrounding countryside. Bus stop opposite the house, to both Rye and Hastings. Most popular pub in the wider area, the Red Lion, about 50 metres from the house! During your stay Work at home, so normally always available! Other things to note Languages spoken: Dutch, French, German, and of course English. We also have 2 border collies, whom are very friendly and well-behaved :-)
