The house is located in the heart of Istria near the small town of Pazin. The space After long preparations and many renovations, it is now possible to move into the Villa Gourmet and Sea district. Exclusively for our guests, gourmets and truffle lovers. Our Villa Gourmet and Sea consists of the three apartments White Truffle, Black Truffle and Truffle Hunter. The apartment "Truffle Hunter" is our simplest and smallest apartment. Just right for a truffle hunter with his dog and trumps through a direct access to the garden area and a wine-covered outdoor area which offers protection from the sun. It is also actually rented out from time to time to truffle hunters who are looking for truffles in this region! The small studio apartment was built from an old wine cellar and is also very popular due to the natural cool indoor climate, especially in the summer months. The bedroom, which is also a kitchen and living room, is equipped with a double bed, mosquito net, sockets and shelves or cabinets as well as a TV. In addition, Wi-Fi is available in the building and garden area. For the colder nights there is a fan heater as well as an electric blanket. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hot plate with two hot plates and a microwave oven. There is also a filter coffee machine, kettle, all cutlery and dishes for 2 people and all household inventory, which was partly a donation from our grandmother. The bathroom is the smallest in the house. It is also equipped with everything you need. Hot water is provided by an 80 l hot water boiler, which has proven to be absolutely sufficient.
