Breakfast available on request at extra cost, depending on my availability (only on weekends, holidays and school holidays) (9 euro per person) Studio close to shops, Espace Mayenne, bodies of water, parks, towpath, entertainment venue, theater... possibility to get there on foot. Green and lively village close to Laval. From our home, you are very close to L'Espace Mayenne (Concert hall and major sporting events) In Changé you will find all kinds of shops including a Carrefour market and a Cocci Market (open until 9pm as well as on Sundays) and a Carrefour a few minutes from us open on Sunday mornings as well. There is also a fast food takeaway restaurant (pizzas), a gourmet creperie and a restaurant (open on Sundays) "Le Green". Equipped kitchen, ceramic stovetop, fridge, microwave, mini electric oven, range hood, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. Bed 2 people (mattress and bed base brand Literie de France (luxury brand for hotel complex) Independent bathroom with walk-in shower, underfloor heating, connected TV, YouTube, Netflix, internet connection, Bluetooth speaker, private parking and common parking, bike room..., small garden reserved for our guests with garden furniture and deckchairs. The pool is accessible by request only. We primarily rent a studio for sleeping. The pool is private, we allow access to the pool to please our guests if they request it during our exchanges on the site's messaging and when possible, it is not a given. The pool is normally heated from mid-May but it depends on the weather and temperatures. Every year it can be different. The heat pump cannot operate as long as temperatures are too low otherwise it would be damaged. We are therefore not responsible for the weather, and the date of heating depends on the weather conditions. Similarly, the tenant cannot open the pool curtain alone. They must request permission in advance from the owner who has the remote control to avoid any risk of loss or damage. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Private car park I am always happy to welcome my guests personally, however in case of absence on my part or late arrival of my guests, I specify by message where the keys are for a stress-free and independent arrival. A key box is available to our guests for a self-check-in if I am absent. Private pool available to our guests on request to make them happy. It is not shared with other tenants. Access to the studio, terrace, gardens or pool is not allowed to outsiders. Only our guests can access it. This is a homestay, so we are forced to limit access to our guests only. Thank you for your understanding. If we are present at home, we make sure that we do not use the pool at the same time as our guests to preserve their tranquility and privacy.
