This delightful property is a newly converted barn situated on a working family dairy farm, set in the ruby countryside of Devon, completed to a high standard. It enjoys beautiful views in a quiet rural location, with a secluded out door patio/ bbq area with comfortable seating. The space The bungalow is decorated in a modern country theme, and has underfloor heating throughout, it has a large well equipped kitchen/ dining/living room with smart TV and a further room with another smart TV, sofas and 2 single day beds, the master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite wheelchair friendly spacious wet room. Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed, Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, which consists of a small double lower bed and a single top bunk, please note that it is quite high and not suitable for children under the age of 8, also please note a maximum weight of 11 st (70 kg) on the top bunk and 17 st (108 kg) on the bottom bunk. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle with a power shower. Travel cot and high chair available upon request. Dogs are welcome on request. No smoking in the property, there is a designated area outside. Dartmoor national park is 30 minutes away, the Eden Project is just 1 hours drive. Halwill has a post office, pub, 2 village shops, a fish and chip shop to enjoy, and a children’s play area located behind the village hall, all within half a mile, larger towns of Okehampton and Holsworthy are 20 minutes away.
