We welcome you to our small, cozy house in a very quiet yet central location. Within walking distance you can reach the lake promenade, the town center with numerous restaurants and shops, the bathing and spa facilities or the bus stop. You can easily explore the wonderful Tegernsee Valley – or simply relax on your balcony and enjoy the view of the mountains. Active vacationers can go on hiking or biking tours directly from the house. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor (whole floor, no elevator) of our centrally but very quietly located house. The apartment is self-contained and has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – making it ideal for friendly couples or 2 solo travelers who value separate rooms and private bathrooms. For chilling there is an east and a west balcony or a cozy reading corner. Laminate floors, Wi-Fi and free parking are provided – the bikes can be parked in the barn. The price includes the TegernseeCard (free travel by bus and boat and many discounts on e.g. mountain railways) but not the visitor's tax (3 EUR p.p./night). An extra bed or crib and high chair can be provided upon request.
