Our lovingly restored chapel combines centuries-old architecture with modern living comfort – quietly located, surrounded by historic walls and just steps away from the cathedral, the Danube and the most beautiful squares in the city. The 68 m² apartment with a romantic overgrown garden is the perfect retreat for couples, families, business travelers and anyone who wants to experience something really special. ✨ What to expect Historic chapel with special flair: The thick stone walls, old wooden beams and the unique room layout create an atmosphere that is rarely found. You don't just live here – you experience a piece of Regensburg history. Perfect for couples, families and workation: • Separate double bedroom • Loft bed (very popular with children!) • Cozy living/dining area (with sofa bed) • Fully-equipped kitchen • Smart TV with Amazon Prime • Fast Wi-Fi • Workstation (monitor and office chair can be provided on request) • Baby bed and high chair on request • Nespresso coffee maker • Pleasantly cool, even in summer Whether a city trip, romantic getaway or home office week – the apartment adapts to your needs. 🛏 Sleeping arrangements In the master bedroom you will find a double bed (180 x 200 cm). In addition, if necessary, another person can sleep on a fold-out armchair (unfolded 190 x 100 cm) In the living room there is a sofa bed (bed surface about 140 x 190 cm), which offers space for 1-2 more people. Here, however, you should not be much taller than 180-190 cm, otherwise it could be a bit cramped. Loft bed in the entrance area: On the custom-made wooden structure there are 2 full-fledged sleeping places with high-quality reversible mattresses with different degrees of firmness. Thus, every guest - whether large or small - should be able to find their perfect place to sleep. We offer both summer and winter blankets, depending on the preferences of our guests. For allergy sufferers, we also have bedding without down and feathers! 🍳 Kitchen & living area The kitchen is fully equipped – perfect for those who like to cook. The living/dining area combines historic charm with modern coziness. The kitchen was custom fitted into the niche. With a large freestanding refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, range hood, microwave, blender, coffee maker, kettle and other various utensils, everything you expect in a modern kitchen is there. 🛁 Bathroom Bright, well-kept bathroom with walk-in rain shower, hand shower, towels, soap and all basics. In addition, you can warm your feet from the underfloor heating on cold days :-) 🌿 The garden – your private refuge: A real highlight! The garden is a quiet, green retreat, ideal for breakfast, a glass of wine in the evening or relaxing hours after a city stroll. The apartment is also optimally equipped for children and we are always very much looking forward to welcoming families. We can offer a high chair, baby cot, a few toys, children's dishes, etc. if needed. In summer, the apartment offers natural, pleasant protection from the summer temperatures through the thick walls and it is pleasantly cool. And in winter you can heat up the apartment really nicely and comfortably according to your own preferences. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but we also have an ashtray handy in the garden for smokers :-) As an experienced host, I am happy to be at your disposal during your stay and make sure that you feel completely comfortable. I look forward to welcoming you to Regensburg. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment and can spread out fully. I even ask that the apartment be used as if it were your own! You should be able to relax and enjoy your stay. The romantically overgrown garden with different seating options invites you to end the evening in peace. (especially in summer) The garden is common property and can also be used by the rest of the residents (but this rarely happens). When using the garden, I ask that you observe the generally applicable quiet hours. These are generally from 10 pm until 6 am. From 10 pm onwards, you should be even more considerate of the neighbors and reduce the conversations to a normal volume. Other things to note - We provide self-service check-in without in-person contact - We ventilate the premises extensively after departure and before the arrival of new guests - We wash our linen and towels with a hygienic washer and the maximum possible temperature - We also offer the apartment preferably for longer periods and have weekly and monthly discounts for this
