Charming rural house with oriental decoration in the Arab quarter of Banacacira (11th century) located in the historic town of Chelva (Valencia, Spain). We offer a special stay in an authentic village house renovated with restored noble woods. It is decorated with antiques and other vintage pieces to make your stay especially warm, pleasant and cozy. Its strategic location allows you to organize excursions, routes and visit the historic neighborhoods of Chelva! The space Type of rental RURAL HOUSE for NON-SHARED USE Unbooked rooms will remain closed. The house has four double bedrooms, two with a double bed, two with single beds and two extra places on a double bed located outside the rooms, a total of 10 people maximum. All rooms have a private bathroom area; there is also a complimentary toilet on the ground floor. Take advantage of the convenience of having 5 bathrooms in the same house. Enjoy the independence and privacy offered by each room whether you come as a couple or as a group! Guest access Bedrooms They are individually decorated with fully restored solid wood furniture. These antiques provide great warmth, creating an original and authentic style. The central heating in the bedrooms and common areas, together with the electric radiators in the bathrooms, provide a pleasant and cozy atmosphere on winter days. However, in summer the thick walls of this unique house retain much of the freshness inside. Kitchen For us, the functionality of the kitchen is of great importance in the concept of rural tourism. Both the counter and the rest of the elements are finished in stainless steel to facilitate cleaning and please any kitchen lover. If you escape to our house, you'll want to make use of this almost professional kitchen with all the utensils you might need. With this kitchen you won't want to go out for lunch or dinner outside the house! Other rooms The living room has a 32" flat screen TV and DVD as well as a comfortable and fluffy sofa to relax on so you can even take a nap. This area is also very special for chatting, reading a book or just enjoying a board game. In the attic, a living room with a service bar leads to a terrace with views where you can have breakfast outdoors, share a sunny meal or a romantic evening, all at your full disposal! Other things to note We have a new crib with baby bedding at your disposal for a small surcharge of €10.00 per night upon reservation. The use of the facilities of the rural house by people other than those who contract it is not allowed.
