Beautiful renovated eighteen-century Catalan country estate with exceptional gardens and swimming pool. Located in a natural reserve in the exclusive Empordà region, close to the beach and several medieval towns like, Peratallada, Ullastret and Pals. There are only a handful of estates in this area of the Empordà region only minutes away from medieval villages like Peratallada, Ullastret and Pals as well as beach towns such as Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Begur. It's a destination for all seasons. In the spring, the fragrance of flowers remains in the air. In the summer you can discover the many beaches or relax at the edge of the pool and enjoy the cool sea breeze. In autumn the forest is full of colours and it's the time for harvest of grapes, olives and mushrooms. In winter enjoy the mild climate, the natural reserve, the gastronomy, golfing and a good book in front of the many fireplaces. The house has 5 double bedrooms, one single bedroom (service room w/ interior ventilation) and 5 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have fireplaces and two a private terrace. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a cozy south facing dining area with a fireplace. There is a large living room with direct access to a terrace overlooking the garden. Apart from the private forest the property has 6000m2 of garden with a great variety trees and flowers. Every season is an experience in the garden, which features a small vineyard, en ecological orchard, several outdoors dining areas and a wonderful pool. The house is equipped with garden and pool furniture and leisure activities such as a ping-pong table, badminton, petanca set. We also have available 4 bicycles (2 adults and 2 kid's) to discover the woods and villages. Guest access Clients have access to the full estate including the house, pool, 6000m2 garden and 24.000m2 of private forrest. The house has free wifi, satelite tv, fully equipped kitchen, heating, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Cleaning is available on a daily basis upon request. Other things to note ONLY FOR FAMILIES. No events or parties accepted or any behaviour that might bother other neighbors.
