Nice new house near sea and village

Our house is new, comfortable and quiet. It is located 1.5 km from the village of Saintes and its beaches in the heart of a Camargue setting. It has a large living room, a large patio, a covered outdoor terrace with views and a relaxation/apéritif area in the garden by the Roubine. No less than 4 different social spaces to enjoy your getaway in Camargue! The space The house is fully furnished with new furniture (2019), the bedding is memory foam and the rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large 30 m2 living room gives access to an outdoor patio of the same size through two large bay windows. A gas barbecue is at your disposal. You can also relax, have lunch, dine both inside and outside. On the other side is a covered terrace overlooking the garden surrounded by a roubine (Camargue stream) in which ducks and nutrias walk. The garden with local fruit trees (figs, olives, jujubes, pomegranates) offers a relaxation/apéritif area with garden furniture as well as all the space necessary for petanque! You can park in the parking lot at the entrance to the estate or in the garden if you prefer. Upon arrival the beds will be made and the bath towels stored, all you have to do is enjoy ;-) Guest access All areas are dedicated to tenants, only the outdoor garden can sometimes be crossed by the neighbor.
