Beautiful view of the sea and the island of Elba, quiet and peaceful subdivision. The space Independent studio of 25 m2, air-conditioned, fully equipped, with small shower room and kitchenette. The bathroom includes shower, sink, toilet, cabinet and heated towel rail. I provide towels and sheets. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, electric stovetop, small appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee maker...), there are also dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There is air conditioning and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The studio is attached to the main house but it is independent, it has its own terrace (table, chairs and umbrella) with sea view. The garden opens onto the countryside (maquis and forest), and Marana beach is a ten-minute drive away. It is located 6 km from the city center of BASTIA. There is public transport, but it is infrequent. It is therefore essential to have a car to get around. You are 8 km from BASTIA-PORETTA Airport. Local shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher, tobacconist) are 3 minutes by car. The location is ideal for driving throughout Haute Corse and Cap Corse, discovering an authentic Corsica with its coves, its small picturesque villages nestled in the greenery and its fishing ports.
