The space The house is an old relay, the first stopping point for the carters bringing up their load of fish from the port of Brigneau. The whole was completely renovated in 2015 with a beautiful wooden extension. This mixture of old and modern offers large spaces and lots of brightness that gives the house its unique character where it's good to live. Nestled in a real green setting, 3000 thousand square meters of garden level up to the small stream (the Brigneau river), ideal place to picnic, set up a hammock or build a hut. Large wooden terraces, equipped with furniture for meals and relaxation, allow you to enjoy the outdoors. Ideal spot for bird and squirrel watching (binoculars recommended). Guest access The entire property will be accessible to tenants, excluding two workshops that will be closed. Other things to note Shore fishing equipment will be available to you.
