The apartment is located in a residential area, less than 800 m from the Roman coast, located about 200 m from Zoo Marine, 5 km from Castel Romano Outlet and Cinecittà World. You can easily reach the beautiful city of Rome that is less than 18 km away. The apartment can accommodate up to 5+1 people and store two cars inside. We provide guests with an outdoor barbecue complete with accessories and bicycles placed in the parking area cottage for free. Guest access The apartment is delivered clean, complete with all furnishings in the kitchen, linens in the rooms and linen in the bathrooms.
