An original stone croft house in the romantic ‘Garden of Skye’ . A 20 minute drive from the Skye Bridge or if arriving by ferry from Mallaig to Armadale a 5-10 minute drive. The Wee Croft House offers stunning views over the sound of Sleat. Renovated to a high standard to ensure our guests stay is comfortable and relaxed, while retaining its traditional cosy charm. The space Ground floor is open plan comprising of a sitting area with beautifully featured wood burning stove in the original stone wall. Kitchen/dining area. Upstairs 1 double bedroom (1 large bed for 2 persons), 1 twin room ( 2 single beds) and bathroom. Please note that the cottage is a traditional stone built Croft house with low ceilings upstairs. Anyone over 6ft will struggle to stand up straight, due to the low ceiling. Guest access Large garden at front and back of house. Other things to note Wildlife often spotted, regular sightings of golden eagles/sea eagles, deer, dolphins and seals. The cottage is a 15 minute walk to the new Torabhaig distillery, gift shop and cafe. 10 minute drive to Armadale Castle, Armadale Ferry, Ardvasar Hotel. 10 minute drive to Hotel Eilean Iarmain. 15 minute drive to local supermarket in Broadford.
