Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included. The space Welcome Home! You will have your owen private area in our house. The apartment consist of * Modern bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed Flatscreen with cable TV * Westernstyle living room incl. kitchenette Sofabed; if you book for 4 persons it will be a 160 x 200 cm bed Kitchen Fireplace Flatscreen with cable TV Dining table Our kitchen is equipped with 2 plate-induction-stove, oven, microwave, water cooker, coffeemaker, sink, fridge incl. freezer, dips, pans and tableware. Guest access You will have you private terase in our garden. The terase is equipped with a beach chair, chairs and tables for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also a kettle grill you can use. Our guests (especially the little ones) are welcome to use also the beach area in our garden. Our guests use the same entrance and hallway as we do. The rooms and bathroom are located in the basement, but are not a separate, self-contained apartment. However, our guests have their privacy in our house.
