~BE OUR GUEST~ Luxury two storey villa in private residence. Ideal for weddings and holidays with children. It is located 250 meters from the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea. We mostly speak Russian, but we can communicate with guests in English and Italian. The space The house has 4 bedrooms (2 double, 1 sofa bed and 1 single), 2 separate bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The accommodation room is negotiated in advance at the time of booking. Guest access The kitchen and veranda are accessible to the public. Other things to note The villa or rooms are not rented for loud parties because we respect the people living in the neighborhood. In the summer season, the house is not allowed to cook in the kitchen. Breakfast is included in the price. Surcharge for a set of beach towels (2 towels provided): €10 per day for 1 person.
