Very quiet, delightful location, 3 miles from seaside. Wander in gardens & visit our chickens and sheep. Footpath to a forest walk. Loads of free parking. Free WiFi. We love to see our guests smiling and enjoying this beautiful area. We are always happy to give tips and help. The space Our Devon flint cottage smallholding sits in 9 acres of garden and pasture in East Devon area of outstanding natural beauty. Very peaceful with beautiful views. We are easily reached off the main A3052 coast road. Tastefully decorated in a country style. Free WiFi access. Guest access Feel free to wander around, say hello to the sheep, visit our allotment where we grow fresh veg and fruit. Relax in the garden or lounge up at the summerhouse. Why not take a moment to sit at night in the perfect peace and watch the stars in the blackest of skies, no light pollution and traffic.... just the hooting of the owls. Other things to note Fresh fruit, juices, cereals, our own eggs and tomatoes in season. Home made bread, cakes and preserves. Breakfast is extra and costs from £10 per person. We welcome well behaved dogs. £20 Pet fee at booking includes up to 3 nights for 1 pet. For extra nights or pets there is a charge of £5 per pet, per night. We also have a self contained, spacious studio apartment. Ground floor with patio for 2 people, with superking or twin bed options.
