Individually live in two bright double rooms: Look forward to a stay in a detached house in a quiet residential area, close to the city, with good bus connections. The space Two large double rooms with charm and a guest bathroom are available in my non-smoking house. Ideal for trade fair visitors, hikers, cycling enthusiasts and culture lovers. On the second floor there are two beautiful double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with tub and shower. The rooms can be rented individually or together. Double room I faces the garden with a balcony. It is 30 square meters, bright and individually furnished. It is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200), bedding with extra length, a sofa that can also be used for a third person as a comfortable sleeping option. Double room II consists of a bedroom and a living/working room (20 square meters). The double room is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 m) and a sofa. The plank flooring makes these rooms particularly cozy. Parking is available right in front of the house on the quiet side street. Bicycles are welcome to be stored. Guest access Through a common house entrance you reach the first floor via a staircase, where there are two double rooms - separated by a hallway - and a shared bathroom in a closed area.
