Bath and shower has hot water on demand The space Newryview is a newly build detached house which has its own private entrance, good secure off-road parking for two vehicles. Access to the the property will be via a secure electronic keypad. A new 4 digit code we be generated for every new booking and forwarded on to the main contact before arrival. This beautiful home has been purposely built for accommodating guests, hot water on demand, rain shower, bath, smart TV,'s in all bedroom with high speed broadband, King size bed and fully fitted kitchen with all appliances fridge freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle and toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, Wifi and USB charging wall sockets in all rooms and private back yard. Regarding breakfast we have numerous eateries all within a ten minute walk. Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided. Newryview will always be professionally cleaned before your arrival to the very highest of standards. Guest access Newryview house will be yours to enjoy. Other things to note Pets are welcome at the property 😊 An additional charge will apply depending on the length of stay. Just let me know how many pets you’ll be bringing, their age(s), whether they are house trained, and the length of your stay, and I’ll confirm the additional fee for you. It’s important that pets are house trained, well behaved, and won’t cause any damage to the property. If any extra cleaning or damage occurs during the stay, an additional charge may apply.
