Renovated 2-bedroom appartment looking over a park. The appartment provides the ideal combination of a peacefull and green surrounding, all within walking distance of the city centre and the train station. There is a great South facing balcony where you can spend your summer evenings. The space The appartment is located on the 1st floor of a small appartmentbuilding, looking over a small park. The appartment is renovated by the previous owner so everything is comfortable. The living room includes an open kitchen, the room is very light since there are windows on both sides looking over a park. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a double bed and 1 bedroom has a sleepingcouch. This bedroom is currently used as a study/ guest bedroom. All rooms have acces to the south facing balcony with a view over the small garden of our appartment building and the park. The bathroom is located at the other side of the appartment and is accesed via the walk-in-closet. The bathroom is small but provides everything you need: a decent walk in shower and a sink. From the walk-in-closet there is acces to another small balcony. Since this is on the North side of the appartment, we prefer to use the bigger balcony on the sunny South side. Our housecat Karel is very attached to our appartment, so we prefer to let her stay at home. She can acces the park via our balcony, and she spends most of the time over there. She gets food from an automatic feeding bowl. The only thing you would need to do is to let her in the appartment every once in a while.
