It has 42 m2 of living space as well as a 4 m2 balcony from which the Graz Castle Hill can be seen. Distances: tram stop 5 and 4 only 100m away. – 3 minutes walk to the Mur promenade (river Mur /local recreation/bike path to the city) – 10 minutes to the center of the old town of Graz. – 10 minutes to Karl-Franzens-University – 3 minutes to the Pedagogical University of Styria (PHSt) – 3 minutes to CAMPUS 02, WKO University of Applied Sciences – 6 minutes to AVL list (Lend) Well frequented stops of tram lines 4 and 5 in the direction of City and bus 41 in the direction of University are only 100 meters away. A car is not necessary in Graz, but parking is available. The apartment is located in the "Green Zone" Surroundings In the immediate vicinity there are several supermarkets, a health food store, a bakery and restaurants. A few hundred meters away runs the river Mur with its promenade, which is ideal for skating, cycling, running or just for walking. From here you can reach the city center in 8-10 minutes, past the Mur Island and the Kunsthaus.
