It is now no longer allowed to ask you, as a guest, to do the dishes, take out the garbage, or strip the bed linens. We're asking you to do it anyway. We stand by a simple idea: clear terms and mutual respect. Cleaning dishes, taking out the trash, or removing the sheets does not seem to us to be an excessive effort, contrary to what Airbnb claims. On the other hand, if we were to entrust these tasks to the cleaning person, this would lead to a significant increase in our costs and, consequently, in our rates. For years, we have been pleased to welcome our guests and ask them to follow a few guidelines upon departure, which many of our guests follow spontaneously anyway, simply out of respect for the place. If our terms and conditions do not meet your expectations, other accommodations may better suit your needs. Ideal for a vacation or a business trip! Linens provided (sheets, duvets, pillows and pillowcases, 1 towel per person, dish towels, etc.): All you have to do is put your bags down! The coffee maker in the kitchen is a filter coffee maker, and a washable filter is available, so you only need to bring ground coffee. SNCF train station is a 6-minute walk away. Several free parking lots are just a few streets away: Place des Aires (note: market on Thursday mornings), Rue de la Concorde, Rue des Jardins (closest), and the Netto parking lot (formerly Casino). It is also popular with business travelers (good Wi-Fi network). The town of Laragne is located in the Baronnies Provençales Nature Park, which offers many hiking trails, walks and activities. It is a lively small town with a Provençal feel. All travelers are welcomed, regardless of their gender, origin, religion, and sexual orientation. Don't miss the market on Thursday mornings. Notable sites nearby: The Méouge Gorges (swimming, hiking), the villages of Orpierre and Sigottier (rock climbing), the Riou lake or the Germanette recreation center (swimming), Lake Mison (walking, birdwatching), the ruins of Arzeliers Castle (walking, history), Montagne de Chabre and local airfields (air sports), and plenty of great hikes in the surrounding area!
