The space 1) Cute apartment 2 steps from the sea in a safe settlement with controlled access. 2) It can accommodate up to 5 persons. 3) First in front of the sea. Distance from the sandy beach: 20m. You can walk to the beach from a path in front of the house that takes you to the sea. There are no roads and cars between the house and the sea. The garden that you sea from the window belongs to the apartment. 4) Large beach one kilometer long with sand. All the beach is with sand, both outside and inside the sea. There exist absolutely no stones, rocks, algae, urchins etc. 5) In the bedroom there is a queen bed with a mirror and a dresser. 6) Except the bedroom the apartment has a wardrobe, kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator, sideboards, table, toast maker, coffee maker, boiler and blender. Big bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath, electric water heater and hair dryer. Spacious and luminous living room with two sofa and a fireplace. The sofas can accommodate one person. There is a front patio with view to the sea that is protected from the sun. At the patio there are chairs and a table. Guest access It's style is a typical beach house of Halkidiki. The house is located in the Gavriadia beach, 4 kilometers from Ierissos. Guests have private access to the entire condo. It's part of a large private complex of semi-detached houses. There is an electronic gate that gives access only to residents and leads to the parking place 15metres from the house. The area is 4km from Ierissos town, that offers lots of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops, large supermarkets (Masoutis & Lidl), ATMs, pharmacy etc. Other things to note The house is located 5' with the car from Ierissos, where you will find large supermarkets (Masoutis and Lidl), which are open also during weekends and all kinds of shops: Bakeries, fish, butcher, grocery shops, clothing and souvenir stores, restaurants, taverns, bars, gyros, pizzerias, night clubs, beach bars etc. On foot 500m from the house there is a bakery, a pizzeria, a tavern and a café with internet. Ouranoupoli is at a distance of 15' with the car and from there you can take the boat which makes cruises around the Mount Athos. The men of course, with the relevant permission of the Ouranoupoli office, can visit the Monasteries.
