2-room apartment, 38 m2 & garden, 1-6 people

Simple and modular accommodation: In the 2 rooms, sleep 1 to 6 people: quality sofa bed in the kitchen dining room, 2 stackable beds in the bedrooms allow you to sleep alone or as a couple (no demarcation between the 2 mattresses, the bed is intended to be joined in duo version). We also have an exterior with a small south-facing garden table. We open our garage if you need to park bicycles or store equipment. Baby bed available. The space It's a bright whole apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom. It's 38m2 total. North and South windows. There is an exterior with table and chairs, and we can leave the keys to the garage if necessary (strollers, bicycles, washing machine, steam generator...). It is ideal for 4 people but compatible for 6 according to guests' comfort requirements!! We live next to the apartment, our house is adjoining.   Please consider: - Selective sorting (please take out the garbage corresponding to the yellow and gray bin), -          Noise: with respect for the neighborhood, - Lock the gate, - Remove the sheets from the bed and group them together, - If you need: a cordless broom vacuum cleaner (or a classic broom🤗) is available for your use. Consider plugging it in during your stay to have the desired autonomy! (it's hidden behind the living room curtains!). We live next door, so if we are there and you need anything: come knock on the door or call us! What if it was us who were too noisy : tell us!!!!🙂🙃🙏 Guest access To find us from the highway: exit 20 towards Montlouis Vouvray. Other things to note We can lend on prior request: - Bike garage key, -          Access to our washing machine and drying rack as well as steam iron if necessary, -          A baby bathtub, -          A high chair, - Umbrella bed.
