Big and bright duplex in the heart of Zurich

The apartment is bright, extends over two floors and offers plenty of space in a central location. Two cats make part of our family, and when we Go Swayze, They need some attention. The space Our spacious 4 1/2 room apartment is located in the center of Zurich. It is stylishly furnished, very bright and quiet. We have 2 practical and cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed. The 3rd room is a smaller bedroom. There is WiFi throughout the house. Two large balconies offer a lot of cosiness in the outer area. Shops in the quarter: Migros and Coop, butchers and bakers, all are just around the corner. The area is full of cafes, restaurants, bars, theaters, art and cultural centers. The forest (Üetliberg!) Is only ten minutes away from the house and is a wonderful place to take beautiful walks. The river or the lake can be reached in 10 minutes by tram or bike. Guest access The apartment is accessible from the blue elevator. We live in apartment 319, which is in the corner. During your stay The apartment can be rent for 1 or 2 people. the best solution would be 3 months or more (1 ore 2 rooms) in a 120qm apt. Other things to note Attention: The cat Simba can open doors, either open or lock the front door completely with a key.
