Australia has been my adopted home since 1986, but part of me has never left the Pyrenees . We had been on the look-out for a special place to call home and we fell in love with “Pistoulet” and were lucky enough to make it ours. The space “Pistoulet” has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 6 people very comfortably, and offers a view of the Pyrenées. If you love France, the mountains and sea, different cultures, gastronomy and spectacular scenery then Pistoulet is a perfect base. We loved this area so much that over the last few years we have shared it with hundreds of friends and clients on our walking tours. Guest access Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, glassed verandah, separate toilet, bathroom and one bedroom. From the glassed verandah there is a view of the Pyrenees over the garden. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Parking is available at the front of the house inside the courtyard. Other things to note You will receive a booking form with rental conditions. Please complete the form and send it back to us ASAP. Water, gas and electricity. Water and gas are included in your rental. A weekly allowance of 180 kilowatts of electricity is included in your weekly rental (25.70 KW per day.) Any extra kilowatts, after the weekly allowance, must be paid upon departure. A reading of the meter box will be done before arrival and departure. A set rate of 0,22 cents per kilowatt will apply to usage over the weekly allowance. The payment will need to be finalised upon departure and paid in full in Euros to the manager. In the cold months (October to April) if you stay more than two weeks a reading of the meters will be done every 14 days and if the tenant goes over the allowance he will need to pay the extra fortnightly. Linen hire is 10 Euros per bed and 5 Euros per person for towels. Cleaning: The lessee agrees that the premises shall be left clean and tidy. On the day of departure, the house will be restored to the same state and condition as it was on the day of arrival. Extra charges could apply if the property were to be left in an unreasonable state. Beds will need to be stripped, covers back on the beds and dirty linen to be put in the downstairs bathroom.
