The space Villa Rosetta is a detached villa with sea view and large outdoor areas, near San Nicola L'Arena (100 meters), just 10 meters from the sandy beach, with access via gate to the property. Ideal solution for large families who want to spend their holidays close to the sea and who like to spend pleasant moments in the open air company. The property consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms and a annex with 2 more bedrooms. Also sofa beds are available and 2 baby cots. An outdoor paved area equipped with table, chairs and comfortable garden furniture is available just outside the main house. An outdoor kitchen and barbecue all covered by a shed complete the very nice outside areas of this property. Another terrace can be found in front of the annex along with a pleasant garden that opens on the side of the property. The nearby town of San Nicola l'Arena offers a beautiful promenade, the Castle of San Nicola with its three towers, above the cliff by the sea, a marina, fishing tourism, restaurants where you can taste fresh seafood and local dishes, shops and several services. Nearby you will find famous seaside resorts and touristic spots such as Palermo within 35 Km, Monreale 40 Km, with the beautiful Cathedral and the Cloister, Cefalù just 45 Km far, with its fascinating beaches. And also Capo Zafferano, 20 Km away, a promontory with the characteristic shape of the hat of Napoleon which offers spectacular views. Some external stairways and four internal steps connect the spaces on several levels. In the main building we have a living room with 1 sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub, descending the stairs you reach a large kitchen, fully equipped and recently refurbished (new pictures coming soon). The villa is equipped with safe, tv and air conditioning. In the depandance we have a full kitchen with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin, 1 bathroom with shower. Bed sheets and towels, plus beach towels and umbrellas are available. Pets are allowed, we have an enclosure with a kennel for free. For our baby guests we have a cot and high chair. The well-kept garden offers the opportunity to relax and read a book listening to the waves crashing on the shore, you will spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday between nature and the sea! We can organize excursions, boat trips, transfer service from the airport to the villa (with extra charge).
