The Annexe is a cosy one bedroom self contained, fully equipped apartment, accessed through the main entrance of the house, it is located on the first floor of the house. It comprises of a bedroom with king size bed, shower room and open plan kitchen and sitting/dining room. To the outside of the property has parking for 1 medium car - by prior arrangement only. Once in the entrance hall there is a single flight of stairs consisting of 13 steps then another three into the Annexe. There is an emergency exit to the back of the building which guests can access which leads to a spiral staircase - this is only in case of emergency. Other things to note The Annexe is in central Dawlish on the Salt Path route, so park up and throw away your car keys, as there is a great bus and train service to all local towns.
