"Il Germano" House - Immersed in a Nature Reserve

The house "Il Germano" is in a 10-hectare park with woods and plains where you can go hiking and biking. For relaxation, there is a modern swimming pool and a pleasant pond. In the Natural Park, an oasis of protected bird species, you can practice birdwatching. Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Pistoia are 40 minutes away; less than 1 hour to Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. The Apuan Alps and the Apennines are also close by with the Abetone ski resort. The thermal baths of Montecatini and Monsummano are 20 minutes away. The space The house "il Germano" is about 80 square meters, comfortable and completely new. The house has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with two beds that can become a double bed. In the living room, equipped with a door, there is a double sofa bed with a high and comfortable mattress and can become the 3rd bedroom. The second bathroom can be exclusive to the 2nd bedroom or shared with the bedroom/living room if used. The house has all the necessary amenities for family management already listed on the dedicated page and also an iron and ironing board as well as external clothes drying racks in a hidden but sunny position, protected from the rain and accessible from inside the house.
