Sidmouth, twin room with en suite shower

A comfy space for two people, with twin beds, private shower room and own entrance. Utility room serves as a mini guest kitchen, Breakfast supplied to help yourself. This is not a self contained space as we use our utility room. We have 2 Cocker Spaniels 20 min walk to the sea/shops/restaurants etc or 5 min drive. Non smoking house NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12yrs or pets and because we have dogs we don’t take assistance/service animals The space It is a quiet room at the back/side of our house, in what was originally the garage, with the addition of a shower room, it has French windows onto our garden but you have use of a small courtyard which is a sun trap in the afternoons. In addition, our utility room serves as a mini kitchen for guests with use of a fridge, microwave, kettle, single electric ring and toaster. Breakfast and hot drinks will be supplied for you to help yourself Guest access You have sole use of a shower room, and use of the utility/mini kitchen but no access into the rest of the house. Please note that the utility room will be used by your hosts and sometimes other guests, and the dogs have a dog flap so they can get in the garden, there is no use of the rest of our house During your stay We will be available if needed but we aim to let guests have as much privacy as they want. Other things to note A reminder that check out is by 10am unless other arrangements have been made
